WARRANTY

Nusser Site Furnishing Inc. stands behind the quality and workmanship of its site furnishing products. We warrant our standard products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of invoice.

This warranty applies when products have been properly handled, stored, installed, used, and maintained in accordance with their intended purpose and applicable Nusser installation and maintenance instructions.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper installation or maintenance, accident, vandalism, unauthorized modification or repair, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Nusser Site Furnishing Inc.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, hairline cracks, checking, variations in grain and color, weathering, and resin bleeding in softwoods are not considered defects and are not covered under this warranty.

Damage to painted, lacquered, or powder-coated finishes is not covered under this warranty. Hot-dip galvanized steel naturally exhibits variations in surface texture and appearance. These characteristics may remain visible after powder coating or other color finishing and are not considered defects.

For products determined by Nusser Site Furnishing Inc. to have a covered defect, Nusser will, at its option, repair or replace the affected product or component.
Warranty claims must be submitted to Nusser Site Furnishing Inc. with proof of purchase and reasonable documentation of the claimed defect.
